* Mobile in-home and cat appointments are available for Mondays only

*Seniors/puppies/special handling pups/1st time grumps or Recommended for weekdays only (Tuesday through Thursday)

**Deposit**

*A nonrefundable deposit of $20 per dog ($23 on website) is required to book an appointment.( Applies to service)* sending more than $20 deposit will be considered tip

* No appointments will be booked without deposit* 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule appointment is required. Otherwise, deposit is forfeited.

*$50 for off day grooms(Sunday/Monday)

*Location will be sent after appointment is booked

**Late Policy**

*Arrival to your appointment at or after 15 minutes will result in $20 fee. (10 mins on weekends(Fri/Sat), holiday weeks and for multiple dogs.)

*Appointment is canceled after 30 minutes* 1 hour grace period for pick up following completion of service. After, a late fee starting at $20 per dog will be applied; $30 after closing

*Pick up after closing times starts at $30 per dog
